A large, underutilized, attic space was gutted, fully insulated, and transformed into a bedroom/bath suite. Included in the project were 5 large storage closets, a linen closet, and 3 built-in book cases. Recessed lighting and a split HVAC unit were also installed and the existing hardwood floors were refinished. This is the second major project that Mason and his workers have completed for us; and, as with the earlier basement reconstruction, the result is spectacular.  Mason is unfailingly positive and thorough in his approach to every construction element, no matter how challenging the issue might be. In consultation with his master plumber, they figured out how to locate a bathroom in an awkward area, with minimal disruption to the living space below.  Engineering genius as far as we are concerned. They expertly tiled the bathroom and refinished the hardwood floors. his carpenter, is incredibly talented and creative; not only was his work in the room impeccable, he often suggested useful elements that  improved upon our original concept. Mason clearly takes pride in both the process and the product of his construction.  His crews, too, contributed their considerable skills in making this project a success. His electrician, and HVAC mechanic, are both very knowledgeable and, like the others, dedicated to providing the best possible service. These are only a few of the many fine workers who transformed an attic into a warm, inviting living space. To a person, Mason's staff is conscientious, personable, highly skilled, and focused on quality. Mason, himself, sets the standard for great customer relations and superior quality of construction. We could not be happier with the beautiful room he and his guys created for us and are looking forward to pursuing other projects with his company.
